Deloitte has acquired BIAS Corporation, a cloud consulting firm and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure specialist, to strengthen its end-to-end Oracle cloud transformation and migration capabilities. 7 Mile Advisors served as exclusive sellside advisor to BIAS, which operates in the United States and India and provides implementation, managed services, and cloud operations.
