Deloitte Consulting has acquired Dextra Technologies, a Monterrey, Mexico–based product engineering and embedded software firm. More than 350 product and software engineers from Dextra will join Deloitte Consulting as the firm expands its IoT, embedded systems, and product engineering capabilities; Dextra CEO Daniel Chavez will join Deloitte as an incoming managing director.
