Accenture has agreed to acquire the iDefense Security Intelligence Services business from VeriSign to bolster Accenture Security's threat intelligence capabilities. The transaction—terms undisclosed—transfers iDefense’s threat intelligence platform, APIs and expertise into Accenture’s security offerings to enhance threat detection, hunting and incident response for enterprise clients.

Accenture Acquires UK-based AI Consultancy Decho

Accenture has acquired Decho, a UK-based technology and AI consultancy and Palantir strategic alliance partner, to strengthen its Palantir and generative AI capabilities for health, government, defense and commercial clients. Decho's team of roughly 40 specialist engineers will be integrated into Accenture's Data & AI organization in the UK; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Revolutionary Security

Accenture LLP has acquired 100% of the membership interests of Revolutionary Security LLC, a Philadelphia-area cybersecurity consultancy that specializes in IT and OT security, breach and attack simulation, and security operations. The deal will expand Accenture Security's capabilities, particularly for industrial and critical infrastructure clients across energy, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

Accenture Acquires FusionX

Terms were not disclosed.
