Soteria Flexibles, a portfolio company backed by Ardian, has acquired Redi-Bag, Inc., a Tukwila, Washington-based flexible packaging manufacturer, from Traverse Pointe Partners. The add-on expands Soteria's manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest, strengthening its position in food & agriculture end-markets such as seafood and produce.

The Jordan Company Acquires Spartech from Nautic Partners

The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Spartech, a Maryland Heights, Missouri-based manufacturer of engineered thermoplastics and custom packaging solutions. Nautic Partners will remain a minority shareholder, and TJC said the investment will support Spartech's organic growth and strategic acquisitions while adding industry veteran Andy Brewer as Executive Chairman.

Soteria Battery Innovation Group Acquires Assets of Voltaplex

Soteria Battery Innovation Group has acquired the assets of Voltaplex to form the core of a new battery material, cell and pack distribution division and to expand Soteria’s international presence. The deal brings Voltaplex’s capabilities in 18650 cell distribution and custom cylindrical cell pack design into Soteria’s battery-safety-focused consortium and licensing platform.

Schur Flexibles Group Acquires Termoplast S.r.L.
