Kinderhook Industries has partnered with management to recapitalize Jack Doheny Companies (JDC), a Northville, Michigan-based lessor and distributor of specialty equipment serving environmental, industrial and utility markets. The deal will support fleet investment, service expansion and geographic growth across JDC’s 16 branches and over 1,300-piece rental fleet; financial terms were not disclosed.

Armour Excavating LLC, a Kerrville, Texas provider of excavating, cedar clearing, and aggregate delivery services, has acquired John D. Adams Trucking d/b/a JDAT, an aggregate delivery trucking company based in Kerrville, TX. The founder, John "JD" Adams, will remain involved as the businesses are combined to expand Armour Excavating's delivery capacity and service offerings for construction and aggregate customers.

D&H United Acquires Kubat Equipment & Service Co.

D&H United Fueling Solutions, a KLH Capital–backed provider of petroleum fueling and EV charging equipment and services, has acquired Kubat Equipment & Service Co., a Denver-based turnkey supplier of retail fueling, automotive and carwash equipment. The deal expands D&H United’s geographic footprint in the Mountain West, increases recurring revenue and adds carwash parts and supplies to its product and service offering; Kubat’s president Craig Hoyer will become VP, Colorado and Mountain West Operations.

NTP, headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a leading administrator of vehicle service contracts for used commercial vehicles and will become a division of JM&A Group to expand JM Family's F&I and protection product offerings.
