Adams Trucking d/b/a JDAT, an aggregate delivery trucking company based in Kerrville, TX. The founder, John "JD" Adams, will remain involved as the businesses are combined to expand Armour Excavating's delivery capacity and service offerings for construction and aggregate customers.

DSV has sold 100% of USA Truck to UTAC, LLC, a private Arkansas-based entity formed by current and former USA Truck leaders including CEO George Henry, former CFO Zachary King and former CEO James Reed. The deal returns the 42-year-old carrier to U.S.-based ownership; financial terms were not disclosed and DSV said the sale positions USA Truck for future growth under local management.
