Select Energy Services Acquires Nuverra Environmental Solutions

Select Energy Services (NYSE:WTTR) completed the acquisition of Nuverra Environmental Solutions (NYSE American: NES) in February 2022, issuing 0.2551 shares of Select Class A common stock for each Nuverra share and converting Nuverra warrants into Select warrants. The deal brings Nuverra’s pipelines, disposal wells and landfill operations (and more than 350 employees) into Select’s water services platform, expanding its disposal capacity, geographic footprint (Bakken, Haynesville, Northeast) and production-related service offerings.

Select Water Solutions Acquires Haynesville and Rockies Water Infrastructure Assets

Select Water Solutions (NYSE: WTTR) acquired three strategic produced-water infrastructure portfolios in the Haynesville Shale and the Rockies for approximately $90 million in cash, adding roughly 450,000 barrels per day of permitted disposal capacity across 21 active saltwater disposal wells, two slurry injection wells, and additional permitted recycling capacity. The transactions include the disposal assets and operations of Tri-State Water Logistics, LLC and substantially all assets of Iron Mountain Energy LLC, and additional Rockies disposal/recycling infrastructure, and are expected to be accretive to Select's Water Infrastructure segment while expanding its geographic footprint and treatment capabilities.
