Keysight Technologies completed the acquisition of Eggplant, an AI-driven software test automation platform, from The Carlyle Group for approximately $330 million. The deal brings Eggplant’s application-layer testing and analytics capabilities into Keysight’s portfolio to expand its software-centric solutions and address broader end-markets.
