Keysight Technologies Acquires Quantum Benchmark

Keysight Technologies acquired Quantum Benchmark, a Kitchener, Ontario–based developer of error diagnostics, suppression, and performance validation software for quantum computing. The purchase expands Keysight's quantum portfolio by adding capabilities to characterize and improve qubit performance for hardware makers and end-users, and Quantum Benchmark had been privately backed by VanEdge Capital and Quantonation.

Keysight said it will request a squeeze-out of remaining shares at the same cash price (€155 per share); ESI is a France-based provider of predictive physics modeling and virtual prototyping software with ~1,000 employees and ~€130m in 2022 revenue.
