Aterian Investment Partners (through an affiliate) completed a carve-out acquisition of Hain Pure Protein from The Hain Celestial Group. The acquisition includes the Empire Kosher, Kosher Valley and FreeBird poultry brands (operations in Mifflintown and Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania); Aterian said it will invest in new products, geographic expansion and production capabilities to drive growth.
