Nutrition 101, LLC, a Pendleton, Indiana-based food waste and recycling company, has acquired Value Feeds, a Dallas-based dairy upcycling and animal feed company. The acquisition will expand Nutrition 101's presence into the U.S. Southwest and leverage Value Feeds' processing capabilities and regional supply contracts with dairy producers.

Pestell Nutrition Acquires Premier Ag Resources

The add-on acquisition expands Pestell Nutrition's product portfolio and geographic presence across Canada and the U.S., supporting cross-selling and Wind Point's value-creation plan.

All-In Nutritionals Acquires Agape Herbals LLC

All-In Nutritionals, a Springfield, Ohio-based natural supplements company, acquired Agape Herbals LLC, a Salt Lake City herbal supplements maker, in an all-cash asset purchase finalized in September. The deal expands All-In Nutritionals' product portfolio and brings Agape's gut-health and immunity product lines and R&D talent into the buyer's manufacturing and product development operations.

Nasta Pet Food Acquires FirstMate Pet Foods

French family-owned Nasta Pet Food has acquired Canadian premium pet food manufacturer FirstMate Pet Foods (and its parent Taplow Ventures Ltd), strengthening Nasta’s commercial and manufacturing platform in North America. The deal is supported by a EUR 120 million senior unitranche facility from H.I.G. WhiteHorse; the combined group will have more than 250 employees, expanded production capacity and expects roughly EUR 200 million in consolidated revenue in 2026.

Ever.Ag Acquires Dalex

American Industrial Partners Acquires AGCO's Grain & Protein Business

American Industrial Partners (AIP) has acquired AGCO Corporation's Grain & Protein division in an all-cash divestiture, creating a standalone, privately held business rebranded as Grain & Protein Technologies. The business, which operates leading brands including GSI, Cumberland, AP, Tecno and Cimbria, generates approximately $1 billion in annual revenue, employs ~3,200 people across 14 manufacturing facilities globally, and will be led by CEO Jacob Thomas.
