Alltech has acquired 100% of Masterfeeds, Inc. from Ag Processing Inc (AGP), bringing the Canadian animal nutrition business into Alltech’s global portfolio. Masterfeeds will remain headquartered in London, Ontario and led by its current CEO, while the deal strengthens Alltech’s Canadian manufacturing, distribution and on‑farm nutrition capabilities.
