Veritas Vineyards & Winery Agrees to Be Acquired by Veritas Legacy Partners

Veritas Vineyards & Winery, a Virginia winery and wine-tourism destination, has agreed to be acquired by Veritas Legacy Partners, LLC. Charlottesville entrepreneur Kurt Wassenaar and Eric Trebour of the Trebour Family (Central Virginia business and investment group) will serve as co-managers, with founders Patricia and Andrew Hodson retiring while Emily Hodson continues to lead the cellar and George Hodson remains CEO. The transaction is subject to conditions and approvals and is expected to close early this summer.

EP Wealth Advisors Acquires Clearview Wealth Advisors

EP Wealth Advisors has acquired Clearview Wealth Advisors, adding nearly $218 million in assets under management and bringing the father-and-son Clearview team into EP Wealth's Phoenix region. The Clearview advisors will integrate into EP Wealth's Phoenix advisory group to access expanded planning, tax and investment resources; financial terms were not disclosed.

Orchard & Vineyard Supply (OVS), a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund III, acquired Clearwater Irrigation Supply, a Salem, Oregon-based agricultural irrigation solutions provider, in early March 2022. Clearwater founder Andrey Kaya will continue to lead the business as it is integrated into OVS to expand the platform's irrigation and water-management capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.
