Atlas Vineyard Management, a portfolio company of Juggernaut Capital Partners, has acquired Results Partners, an outsourced vineyard management and development services provider previously owned by Clearview Capital (via Wilson OVS Holding Company). The transaction closed May 30, 2025 and creates a larger national vineyard-management platform with expanded coverage across the Pacific Northwest and other U.S. wine regions.

The founders Russ and Shala Head will remain with OLS during the transition; the transaction expands OLS’s footprint in the Georgia market as an add-on to its platform.

The deal expands OVS's Pump & Water Systems capability and Washington footprint; Davis' owners Scott and Darin Davis will continue to operate as the Washington division of OVS.

Paul Ridgway, Cascade's founder, retains an ownership stake and joins OVS as Senior Director of Pump Systems Design & Sales, strengthening OVS's irrigation and pumping capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.
