Fairbank Equipment, a portfolio company of Pfingsten, has acquired G&R Ag Products, a specialty distributor of agricultural parts and propane equipment headquartered in Caldwell, Idaho. The add-on deal, which closed June 30, 2022, expands Fairbank's distribution footprint into the Pacific Northwest and provides new markets for its propane product lines; G&R's president Curt Ruehl will remain with the business and become a shareholder in Fairbank.
