IPACKCHEM Group acquired a majority stake in TPG Plastics LLC to bring its Advanced In‑Mold Fluorination (Advanced IMF) barrier packaging technology to North America and serve the crop protection market. The deal gives IPACKCHEM a manufacturing foothold in Murray, Kentucky and includes near‑term investments to expand capacity and support growth into additional life‑enhancing chemical segments.

Clearlake Capital Acquires Pretium Packaging from Genstar Capital

Clearlake Capital Group, in partnership with Pretium management, has acquired Pretium Packaging from Genstar Capital. Pretium is a leading North American designer and manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging (containers, bottles, closures) headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, with a national footprint of 19 facilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Clearlake intends to operate Pretium as a buy-and-build platform to drive organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Integrated Polymer Solutions Acquires IRP Group

Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired IRP Group, a Southern California manufacturer of precision elastomeric sealing components. The deal expands IPS's liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding capabilities and strengthens its position in the Class I/II medical device and aerospace & defense end markets; founder Rod Trujillo and President Casper Zublin will continue as senior advisors.
