IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has acquired a co-controlling stake in Metrology & Monitoring Solutions Group (MMS) from Naxicap Partners, with the CEO and management reinvesting; financial terms were not disclosed. MMS, headquartered in Bezons, France, is a metrology and IoT temperature/humidity monitoring solutions provider with a proprietary SaaS platform (JRI-MySirius); IK will support international expansion, product innovation and further complementary acquisitions.
