TI Fluid Systems Acquires Cascade Engineering Europe from Cascade Engineering, Inc.

TI Fluid Systems has acquired Cascade Engineering Europe (CEE), the Budapest‑based plastics and thermal fluid connector business, from Cascade Engineering, Inc. CEE — a designer and manufacturer of complex injection‑molded automotive thermal fluid connectors with ~300 employees — will be integrated into TI Fluid Systems to expand its thermal connector capabilities and support growth in electric vehicle applications. Angle Advisors acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Cascade Engineering in the transaction.

TE Connectivity Acquires Richards Manufacturing Co.

Ricoh Acquires MTI Technology to Expand IT Services in EMEA

Value Added Distributors Acquires L.T.L. Supply

Value Added Distributors (VAD), a PE-backed distributor and fabricator, has acquired L.T.L. Supply, a family-operated wire harness and electrical-assembly manufacturer based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The add-on expands VAD's manufacturing capabilities and electrical solutions offering, bolstering its service to specialty vehicle OEMs and other mobile fluid power customers; Rotunda Capital Partners, VAD's private equity backer, supported the platform strategy.

TT Electronics Acquires Torotel

TT Electronics has agreed to acquire Torotel, a US designer and manufacturer of high-reliability power and magnetic assemblies for the aerospace and defense markets, for $43.4 million. The acquisition expands TT's power electronics capabilities and US footprint, and Torotel will be integrated as a wholly owned subsidiary subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

(TENA), a Pontiac, Michigan-based manufacturer of battery cables and wire harness assemblies serving OEM and Tier 1 customers. The deal expands Angstrom’s electrical product portfolio and regional OEM presence while positioning the combined business for growth in both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electrified vehicle markets.
