(TENA), a Pontiac, Michigan-based manufacturer of battery cables and wire harness assemblies serving OEM and Tier 1 customers. The deal expands Angstrom’s electrical product portfolio and regional OEM presence while positioning the combined business for growth in both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electrified vehicle markets.
