Angstrom Automotive Group Acquires General Aluminum Mfg. Company from Park-Ohio

Angstrom Automotive Group LLC acquired General Aluminum Mfg. Company (the Aluminum Products business) from Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., in a completed divestiture announced in early January 2024. Park-Ohio said the sale will help deleverage its balance sheet and reduce capital intensity while Angstrom expands its aluminum casting and machining footprint across U.S. and Mexico facilities.
