The acquisition gives American Outdoor Brands a direct-to-consumer barbecue brand and entry into the U.S. barbecue grill market to expand its outdoor lifestyle product category.

Watts Water Technologies Acquires Bradley Corporation

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. agreed to acquire Bradley Corporation for $303 million (approximately $268 million net of estimated tax benefits) to expand its water solutions portfolio. The acquisition adds Bradley's front-of-the-wall commercial washroom and emergency safety product lines, increases exposure to commercial and industrial end markets, and is expected to generate cost synergies and be accretive to Adjusted EPS in 2024.

The transaction includes a group of strategic and institutional investors (including the Manning family and athlete investors) and WhiteHorse Capital provided term-loan financing and invested in the equity; BVP intends to apply its in-house marketing and brand resources to accelerate growth.

BBQGuys Acquires Pacific Coast Manufacturing

The acquisition, C&B's sixth under majority owner Platinum Equity, will allow Cook & Boardman to expand its commercial entry solutions footprint and service capabilities in Central New York; terms were not disclosed.
