TransTech Group/Metalforms Acquire Koch Heat Transfer's International Assets and IP

TransTech Group, a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, completed the acquisition of Koch Heat Transfer's international assets and intellectual property through its Metalforms LLC subsidiary. The deal transfers global rights to legacy heat-exchanger technologies (including BROWN FINTUBE and TWISTED TUBE) to Metalforms and supports a relaunch of channel partners and a new European entity, Metalforms Italia Srl, based in Crema, Italy.

The deal brings KHT’s branded heat-transfer products and technologies into Metalforms’ Beaumont/Houston manufacturing footprint to expand capabilities, product lines and market share in energy and process-manufacturing end markets.

TransTech Energy (Bridge Industries) Acquires Bendel Tank and Heat Exchanger

TransTech Energy, a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, acquired Bendel Tank and Heat Exchanger, Corp., a 60-year-old Charlotte-based designer and fabricator of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors and storage vessels. The deal adds a 65,000 sq. ft. East Coast fabrication facility and on-site storage capacity to TransTech's existing Texas operations, expanding capacity, product offerings and responsiveness for oil & gas, petrochemical and other industrial customers.

TransTech Energy (via new subsidiary) Acquires Majority of ENERGYneering Solutions, Inc.

TransTech Energy, a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, through a newly formed subsidiary ENERGYneering Solutions, LLC, acquired a majority ownership stake in ENERGYneering Solutions, Inc., a biogas engineering and services provider based in Sisters, Oregon. The add-on expands TransTech’s biogas engineering, construction, operations and maintenance capabilities and strengthens its West Coast presence while ENERGYneering’s president Benny Benson will retain an ownership stake and remain as president.

United Enertech (DalFort) Acquires Metal Form Manufacturing Company

United Enertech Holdings, a portfolio company of DalFort Capital Partners, has acquired Metal Form Manufacturing Company, a Phoenix-based maker of ventilation, acoustical and evaporative cooling products. The add-on expands United Enertech’s commercial building-products portfolio and strengthens its manufacturing and product capabilities in the Western United States.

Expromet Technologies Group Acquires Metaltech Precision Ltd

Expromet Technologies Group, a privately owned UK precision casting and machining group, has acquired Metaltech Precision Ltd, a precision components manufacturer based in Chard, Somerset. Metaltech, founded in 1973 and employing about 70 people, expands Expromet's machining and fabrication capabilities across markets including aerospace, defence, energy, rail and marine.
