TransTech Group/Metalforms Acquire Koch Heat Transfer's International Assets and IP

TransTech Group, a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, completed the acquisition of Koch Heat Transfer's international assets and intellectual property through its Metalforms LLC subsidiary. The deal transfers global rights to legacy heat-exchanger technologies (including BROWN FINTUBE and TWISTED TUBE) to Metalforms and supports a relaunch of channel partners and a new European entity, Metalforms Italia Srl, based in Crema, Italy.
