The deal brings KHT’s branded heat-transfer products and technologies into Metalforms’ Beaumont/Houston manufacturing footprint to expand capabilities, product lines and market share in energy and process-manufacturing end markets.

Pennsylvania Steel Company Acquires Stark Metal Sales

Pennsylvania Steel Company, Inc., a veteran‑owned full-line metals service center, has acquired Stark Metal Sales, a full-line steel service center based in Alliance, Ohio. Heritage Capital Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Stark; transaction terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Pennsylvania Steel's service center footprint and processing capabilities in the Ohio/Pennsylvania region.

TransTech Group/Metalforms Acquire Koch Heat Transfer's International Assets and IP

TransTech Group, a portfolio company of Bridge Industries, completed the acquisition of Koch Heat Transfer's international assets and intellectual property through its Metalforms LLC subsidiary. The deal transfers global rights to legacy heat-exchanger technologies (including BROWN FINTUBE and TWISTED TUBE) to Metalforms and supports a relaunch of channel partners and a new European entity, Metalforms Italia Srl, based in Crema, Italy.

Trane Technologies (Thermo King) Acquires CSTK, Inc.

Trane Technologies, through its Thermo King brand, has acquired CSTK, Inc., a longtime independent Thermo King dealer serving the Northeast and Central United States. The acquisition brings CSTK's 10 sites, customer base and more than 200 employees into Thermo King Americas as company-owned operations to strengthen service coverage and customer proximity in key U.S. markets.

Telko Oy Acquires Swed Handling Group

Finnish distributor Telko Oy has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Sweden-based Swed Handling AB, including subsidiaries Kebelco AB, Kemiverken AB, Swed Handling Transport AB and associated CrossChem Sweden AB. The acquisition (subject to competition authority approval) will significantly strengthen Telko's chemicals business and make Sweden its largest market; Swed Handling Group employs about 95 people and has annual turnover of roughly EUR 60 million.

Private Investment Group Acquires TK&K Services, LLC

TK&K Services, LLC, a Beverly, Massachusetts–based provider of aviation fuels management and environmental consulting/remediation services, has been sold to an unnamed private investment group. Osage Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to TK&K and the buyer plans to support management as the business expands its service offerings and pursues growth opportunities.
