Leadec Acquires Castrol Industrie und Service GmbH

Castrol Industrie und Service, headquartered in Mönchengladbach with about 80 employees and operations at 35 sites across Germany, provides chemical and fluid management services to automotive, mechanical engineering and other manufacturing customers.

The acquisitions expand Leadec's technical maintenance, mechanical/electrical installation and metalworking capabilities in Catalonia and strengthen its presence in the food & beverage and broader industrial end markets; Servycat has about 330 employees and is based in Vic, Catalonia, Spain.

Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, acquired Diversified Automation effective December 31, 2020 to expand its parcel automation capabilities and strengthen its North American operations. Diversified Automation, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is an industrial automation systems integrator with ~140 experts and roughly $100 million in annual revenue that serves major parcel and e-commerce customers such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon.
