Birmingham, Alabama-based Upstream Rehabilitation has acquired Rapid Rehabilitation, a three-clinic outpatient physical therapy practice serving Gainesville, Front Royal and Winchester, Virginia. The founder Sherisue Barber will continue to lead the clinics as Upstream expands its outpatient footprint and specialty services (women's health and lymphedema) in Northern Virginia.
