Amplity Health, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has merged with The Lynx Group, an oncology-focused medical communications firm, expanding Amplity’s medical communications and market access capabilities. The Lynx Group CEO Brian F. Tyburski joins Amplity as EVP, Sales and Operations; terms were not disclosed.

Sia Partners has acquired Latham BioPharm Group (LBG), a U.S.-based life sciences consulting firm of nearly 60 consultants with roughly $20m in revenue, to launch a dedicated global Life Science Consulting division.
