OneWeb Acquires TrustComm Inc.

OneWeb has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TrustComm Inc., a Houston-based managed satellite communications and professional services provider, and will operate TrustComm as a newly acquired government-focused subsidiary. The acquisition is intended to enable OneWeb to offer its LEO network and connectivity services to U.S. government clients (including the DoD) and TrustComm customers; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in 2021.

Dialpad Acquires Highfive

Hudson Glade Acquires ComNet Communications

Hudson Glade acquired ComNet Communications, a Bethel, Connecticut-based provider of low-voltage infrastructure solutions, in its second platform investment; terms were not disclosed. Hudson Glade partnered with New State Capital Partners on the transaction, with financing and support provided by Energy Impact Partners and GarMark Partners, and plans to expand ComNet’s presence in the data center market, deepen customer relationships, invest in sales, and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Comstar Technologies Acquires Comtel VoIP, Inc.

Comstar Technologies, a West Chester, Pennsylvania-based provider of telecommunications, managed IT, physical security, and audio-visual solutions, has acquired Comtel VoIP, Inc., a Tonawanda, New York-based hosted telephony provider. The acquisition expands Comstar's footprint in Pennsylvania and Western New York and broadens Comtel's solution portfolio beyond voice while keeping Comtel operating under its current name.

Xtel Communications Acquires Global Telecom (GTB)

The acquisition adds GTB's VoIP, UCaaS and managed security capabilities and customer relationships in healthcare, legal and government verticals to Xtel's telecom, cloud and cybersecurity portfolio.

InteractiveTel Acquires Assets of TruMobility

InteractiveTel, a Houston-based provider of AI-driven communications and customer interaction analytics, acquired the assets of TruMobility, a small business VoIP provider, on August 26, 2022. The asset purchase gives InteractiveTel TruMobility's business customer base, a Seattle data-center contract for West Coast coverage, and several TruMobility team members to expand its Hosted VoIP and TotalCX offerings.
