Owl Cyber Defense Solutions (backed by DC Capital Partners) acquired the Trident Assured Collaboration Systems (ACS) product line to broaden its certified Cross Domain Solution (CDS) offerings. The acquisition adds the only U.S. government–approved VoIP and VTC CDS and advanced Full Motion Video (FMV) filtering capabilities, strengthening Owl's product portfolio for defense, intelligence and critical infrastructure customers.
