Ouellet Group Acquires Innovair Corporation

Ouellet Group, a Quebec-based designer and manufacturer of electric heating and cooling products, has acquired Innovair Corporation, a Miami-based manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning equipment. The deal enables Ouellet to expand into the U.S. market and accelerate growth in the air-conditioning segment while Innovair will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with existing management remaining in place.

Altus Capital Partners Acquires Winsert, LLC

Altus Capital Partners completed a platform acquisition of Winsert, LLC, a Marinette, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of specialty alloys and precision metal engine components. The private equity firm will partner with Winsert's existing management to drive growth across trucking, transportation, power generation and aerospace end markets through organic expansion and bolt-on acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

DC Capital Partners Acquires uAvionix Corporation

Altus Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on middle-market manufacturing, has acquired Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC, a Suwanee, Georgia manufacturer of non-destructive testing (NDT) X-ray and CT systems and related inspection services. The acquisition is a new platform investment for Altus; Pinnacle's management will remain in place and financial terms were not disclosed.

AirX Climate Solutions Acquires AboveAir Technologies

AirX Climate Solutions, a Gryphon Investors-backed platform, has acquired AboveAir Technologies, a Frederick, Maryland-based OEM of precision cooling solutions for data centers. AboveAir will operate as a new division of ACS with founder Matt Miller named President of the AboveAir division and becoming a shareholder; ACS will invest in manufacturing capacity at AboveAir's 100,000-square-foot facility and expand its Mid-Atlantic footprint.
