Theraplay, Inc., a West Chester, Pennsylvania-based provider of pediatric occupational, physical, speech and feeding therapy, has acquired Fleming Therapy Services, Inc., a six-location pediatric therapy center group in northern Virginia founded by Carrie Fleming. The acquisition expands Theraplay’s geographic presence and adds multidisciplinary pediatric therapy capabilities across Virginia.

U.S. Physical Therapy Acquires Majority Stake in Six-Clinic Physical Therapy Practice

The practice generates over $2.5 million in annual revenue and will remain partly owned by the practice's founder and owners, who retain a 30% stake.

ACES Acquires Ally Pediatric Therapy
