Ivy Rehab Acquires the Theraplay Family of Companies

Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners, has acquired the Theraplay Family of Companies (a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners). The deal adds Theraplay’s 31 pediatric outpatient therapy clinics across Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia to Ivy Rehab’s pediatric platform, expanding its national footprint and pediatric care capabilities.
