Reapit, a portfolio company backed by private equity firm Accel‑KKR, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Agentpoint PTY Limited, the largest provider of retail estate agent websites and lead-generation technology in Australia. The deal—an add-on to Reapit's product portfolio—is expected to close by the end of the first calendar quarter and will expand Reapit's digital offerings and reach in the Australian market.

Reapit Acquires Mindworking A/S

EQT Acquires Acumatica
