Westbridge Capital Ltd. has acquired the business of Toepoke Software Inc., the owner/operator of VoIP Spear, a 24/7 VoIP call-quality monitoring and alerting service. Financing for the transaction was arranged by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust, and Toepoke President Henry Fernandes will continue to work with Westbridge as the business is grown.
