French private equity firm Abenex has acquired a stake in Squad, a Paris‑headquartered cybersecurity and DevOps consultancy, as Apax Partners Development sells its participation. The transaction preserves founder and management ownership (founders Eric Guillerm and Marc Brua and 15 partner‑executives) and provides Squad with capital to support organic growth and future acquisitions.

Accenture Acquires Innotec Security

Accenture has acquired Madrid-based Innotec Security from parent company Entelgy Group, expanding its cybersecurity-as-a-service, cyber resilience, and managed security services capabilities in Spain. The deal adds approximately 500 cybersecurity professionals to Accenture Security and deepens Accenture's regional footprint and MSS capabilities across Spanish cities including Barcelona, Seville and the Basque Country.

The deal is backed by co-investor Headway Capital Partners; existing majority investor Lonepiper will retain a minority stake and SCCI management will hold an increased minority ownership. The business has c.£85m revenue and c.450 employees, with headquarters in Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom.
