MDpanel has acquired Media Referral, a New York–based independent medical examination and peer review firm, to strengthen its presence in New York and the broader Mid-Atlantic region. The deal—MDpanel's 10th acquisition—adds Media Referral's insurance carrier client relationships and peer review capabilities; Media Referral will continue to operate with its existing management while benefiting from MDpanel's technology and investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
