The deal—MDpanel's 10th acquisition—adds Media Referral's insurance carrier client relationships and peer review capabilities; Media Referral will continue to operate with its existing management while benefiting from MDpanel's technology and investments. The IMA Group Acquires EVOnational

The IMA Group, a technology-driven provider of medical and psychological evaluations, has acquired EVOnational, a national provider of independent medical exams (IMEs), medical screenings and other evaluations. The acquisition — terms not disclosed — adds more than 7,000 clinicians to IMA's provider panel, expands IMA's behavioral and medical evaluation capabilities, and will see EVOnational continue to operate under its current name with existing leadership retained.

Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) and Evaluate (a WCAS and Hg portfolio company) have acquired Panalgo, a healthcare data analytics firm, and will integrate Panalgo's Instant Health Data (IHD) software into the combined MMIT/Evaluate commercialization platform. The acquisition aims to accelerate real-world evidence and market-access analytics capabilities for biopharma, medical device and CRO customers; Silversmith Capital Partners and Transformation Capital (prior Panalgo investors) will remain investors in the combined company.
