Co-founders David Garrick and Frank Ferdowsian will join UPSTACK as partners and managing directors as part of the deal; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is intended to accelerate UPSTACK's platform growth and expand its network, cloud and IT advisory capabilities.

United Technology Founder Trish Van de Bovenkamp will join UPSTACK as a Partner and Managing Director as UPSTACK expands capabilities and scales its platform.
