HID Global has acquired Vizinex RFID, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance passive RFID tags. The acquisition expands HID's RFID tag portfolio by adding Vizinex's PCBA-based tag platform and complementary U.S. manufacturing footprint to strengthen capability and presence across key verticals such as healthcare, oil & gas and data centers.
