O2C Brands Acquires EcoVessel and U-Konserve

O2C Brands LLC (formerly O2COOL) announced the acquisition of consumer brands EcoVessel and U-Konserve as it rebrands to a multi-brand operating company. The deal expands O2C’s sustainable drinkware and food-storage offerings and will leverage the company’s retail relationships and multinational supply chain; O2C Brands is owned by Chicago-based private equity firm Middleton Partners.
