Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management have entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Direct ChassisLink, Inc. from EQT Infrastructure, which will retain a 20% minority interest. Direct ChassisLink is a leading North American provider of marine and domestic container chassis and related asset-management and logistics technology (Blume Global); financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q2 2019.

Wren House Acquires Equity Stake in SeaCube Container Leasing from Ontario Teachers'

The investment will support SeaCube's growth plans—particularly its refrigerated container and cold‑chain offerings—by combining Wren House's infrastructure expertise with Ontario Teachers' ongoing ownership and SeaCube's management team.

Huron Capital / Direct Connect Logistix Acquires Hoosier Logistics

Huron Capital Partners acquired Tipton Holding Group, parent of Indianapolis-based Hoosier Logistics, and will merge Hoosier with its 3PL platform Direct Connect Logistix (DCL) as an add-on. The deal expands DCL's national footprint and deepens its temperature-controlled and time-sensitive freight brokerage capabilities for food and beverage customers.

Oaktree Acquires Consolidated Chassis Management

The investment provides CCM with expanded capital to support the launch and operations of the South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool (SACP 3.0), fleet upgrades and broader service expansion across major Southeast U.S. ports.

CMA CGM Group Acquires Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS)

CMA CGM Group has signed an agreement to acquire most of Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS) business, including the Shipwire order-fulfillment platform, for an enterprise value of USD 3.0 billion. The transaction will be integrated with CMA CGM's subsidiary CEVA Logistics to bolster the group's contract-logistics and eCommerce capabilities, particularly across the U.S. and Europe; the CLS business reported approximately $1.7 billion revenue and ~11,500 employees in 2021.

CBRE Group Acquires Direct Line Global

CBRE Group, Inc. has acquired Direct Line Global, a Fremont-based provider of mission-critical data center infrastructure services, from private equity owners including Guardian Capital Partners and Patriot Capital. The acquisition strengthens CBRE's data center capabilities by combining Direct Line's technical design, installation and maintenance services with CBRE's facilities management platform and is expected to be immediately accretive to CBRE's core EPS.
