Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management have entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Direct ChassisLink, Inc. from EQT Infrastructure, which will retain a 20% minority interest. Direct ChassisLink is a leading North American provider of marine and domestic container chassis and related asset-management and logistics technology (Blume Global); financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q2 2019.
