French animal health equipment maker IMV Technologies has acquired UD-Vet B.V., a Benelux-based provider of veterinary practice equipment and imaging solutions. The deal brings UD-Vet's team and product/service offering into IMV's Companion Animal business to consolidate and expand IMV's presence in the Benelux region.

Maximus Acquires Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) for $1.4 Billion

VESTA Modular Acquires Innovative Modular Solutions

VESTA Modular completed the acquisition of Innovative Modular Solutions (IMS), adding a strategic branch in Elkhart, Indiana and approximately 600 units to VESTA's rental fleet. IMS Co-Founder Pat Carmody will join VESTA as President of Operations; financing was provided by a syndicate led by Flagstar Bank and VESTA is PE-backed by Kinderhook Industries.
