Maximus Acquires Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) for $1.4 Billion

Maximus has signed an agreement to acquire the parent company of Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) for $1.4 billion, subject to customary adjustments and closing conditions. The acquisition expands Maximus' clinically based BPO capabilities and strengthens its support for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, adding an expected run-rate of roughly $480–525 million in annual revenue.
