AccuTitle Acquires Florida-based Landtech Data Corp

AccuTitle, a provider of title management platforms, has acquired Florida-based Landtech Data Corp to expand its cloud-based TitleFusion product and broaden its client footprint across additional states. The Bell family (Alice Bell and Dorothy Bell Cole) will join AccuTitle’s team and Landtech employees will integrate with the TitleFusion product group to deliver an expanded cloud settlement software offering.

Stewart Information Services Acquires FNC Title Services, LLC

Stewart Information Services Corporation acquired FNC Title Services, LLC, a Rockville, Maryland-based title and settlement company specializing in reverse mortgage closings. The deal also included an agreement to acquire FNC Title of California pending regulatory approval; FNC will operate as a standalone business to strengthen Stewart's lender services and reverse-mortgage capabilities.

ATA National Title Group Acquires Absolute Title, Inc.

ATA National Title Group, a Farmington Hills, Michigan-based title insurance and settlement services company, has acquired the assets of Absolute Title, Inc. to expand its presence in the Ann Arbor market. The deal closed February 18, 2022; financial terms were not disclosed and Absolute Title will continue operating from its Ann Arbor office with its 17 employees under the Absolute Title Agency brand.
