Compass Acquires First Alliance Title

Sales Empowerment Group Acquires Action Selling

The deal adds Action Selling’s multi-program training platform and learning-management capabilities to SEG’s outsourced sales and marketing services; Houlihan Lokey served as SEG’s advisor and Woodbridge International served as sell‑side advisor.

ATA National Title Group Acquires Absolute Title, Inc.

ATA National Title Group, a Farmington Hills, Michigan-based title insurance and settlement services company, has acquired the assets of Absolute Title, Inc. to expand its presence in the Ann Arbor market. The deal closed February 18, 2022; financial terms were not disclosed and Absolute Title will continue operating from its Ann Arbor office with its 17 employees under the Absolute Title Agency brand.

The transaction expands Shaddock's footprint in the title and escrow market and consolidates U.S. Title's operations under Shaddock's national platform.
