Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions Acquires D&R Machine Company

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired D&R Machine Company, a Southampton, Pennsylvania-based provider of high-complexity CNC precision machining for the aerospace & defense market. The add-on expands the Cadrex platform's North American aerospace manufacturing footprint and adds D&R's nearly 40-machine CNC capacity, AS9100/ISO 9001 certifications and ITAR-registered facility to the platform.

CORE Industrial Partners Affiliate (Incodema) Acquires Dahlquist Machine

An affiliate of CORE Industrial Partners, Incodema Holdings LLC, has acquired Dahlquist Machine, Inc., a Ham Lake, Minnesota-based precision CNC machining shop supplying medical device, laboratory testing equipment and other OEMs. The deal is an add-on to the Incodema platform intended to expand precision machining capabilities and reinforce the platform’s position in medical, instrumentation and industrial end markets.
