Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired D&R Machine Company, a Southampton, Pennsylvania-based provider of high-complexity CNC precision machining for the aerospace & defense market. The add-on expands the Cadrex platform's North American aerospace manufacturing footprint and adds D&R's nearly 40-machine CNC capacity, AS9100/ISO 9001 certifications and ITAR-registered facility to the platform.

The add-on expands Trexon's Engineered Products group's capabilities and strengthens its presence in military and aerospace end markets; the business was sold by former owner Paul Ross.
