Legendary Companies & Irving Place Capital Acquire Paragon Corvette Reproductions

Legendary Companies, together with private equity firm Irving Place Capital, has acquired Paragon Corvette Reproductions, a Swartz Creek, Michigan-based retailer and reproducer of out-of-production Corvette parts. The deal brings Paragon’s reproduction parts and distribution capabilities into Legendary’s collector-vehicle parts and accessories platform to expand product offering and reach into the vintage Corvette restoration market.

AE Industrial Partners has acquired Israeli spyware vendor Paragon, closing the deal on Dec. 13 for about $500 million with reports the transaction could be worth up to $900 million. AE plans to merge Paragon with Virginia-based cybersecurity firm Red Lattice; Paragon was founded in 2019 by former Israeli intelligence officers and has a U.S. subsidiary.
