TRANSTEX Acquires US Liner Company

TRANSTEX, a cleantech transportation OEM, has acquired US Liner Company (formerly American Made LLC), a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of glass-reinforced thermoplastic composite components. The acquisition expands TRANSTEX's North American manufacturing capacity and secures a supply of lightweight, corrosion-resistant composite materials for transportation, RV and agricultural applications.

Pacur to Acquire CAROLEX SAS

Oshkosh-based Pacur, a Gryphon Investors-backed supplier of PETG sheet for medical device packaging, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CAROLEX SAS, a PETG sheet extruder based in Longué, France, from epsotech Holding GmbH. The deal expands Pacur's extrusion capabilities and European presence to better serve medical, pharmaceutical and food packaging customers; terms were not disclosed.

Verallia Acquires Vidrala's Glass Business in Italy (Corsico Plant)

Verallia has completed the acquisition of Vidrala's glass business in Italy, including the Corsico plant near Milan, for an enterprise value of €230 million. The Corsico facility (225 kt/year capacity, two furnaces) and nearly 200 employees will expand Verallia's production footprint and glass packaging offerings for the food, beer and spirits markets in Italy.

UPG Enterprises LLC Acquires Lexington Steel Corp.

Chicago-based UPG Enterprises LLC has completed the acquisition of Lex Holding Co., which includes Lexington Steel Corp. and its affiliated logistics arm Douglass Logistics Inc. Novolex Acquires Flexo Converters USA, Inc.

Novolex, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Flexo Converters USA, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of stock, custom and recycled paper bags and sacks headquartered in Meriden, Connecticut, with an additional plant in Monroe, Georgia. Flexo's products will be sold under the Novolex Duro Bag brand and the acquisition adds production capacity to support rising demand from foodservice and grocery customers; eligible full‑time Flexo employees will join Novolex.

Berlin Packaging Acquires Roma International PLC
